Revolution Four founders have partnered with radio legends to launch a new radio station for the Wirral.

Radio Wirral has been set up to serve the residents of the Wirral & beyond, wanting to be involved in the culture & community whilst enjoying some good music.  Nik & Justine have partnered their digital & marketing skills with radio gurus Ian Kenyon, Peter Silcock & Tom Hunter, alumni of Radio City, Piccadilly, Key 103 & the BBC.

This vibrant & diverse team combines a wealth of broadcasting experience, passion & know how together with branding, social & digital marketing, and tech skills to unleash a modern, dynamic radio station for the Wirral.

On 12th March, the station launched onto the DAB airwaves with a party in Marino Lounge, New Brighton, with DJs, presenters & directors welcoming guests from around the Wirral & beyond.

Digital strategist Justine said “It’s been an amazing experience to become involved in a fresh rebrand.  We’ve put a lot of thought & hard work into the look & feel of the station and this is only the start; we’ve got some interesting plans & ideas for the future.”

Chairman Peter added “We’re excited to be able to bring local radio to the people of the Wirral, a place I love & am proud to call my home.”
