Lacuna Recruitment was founded in 2017 by Steve Rossiter, a veteran recruitment professional who realised that there was a real gap in the current recruitment market for a ‘one-stop’ agency.

Having always worked in a corporate environment with a team of backroom professionals behind him, Steve’s extensive experience did not include, marketing, branding, tech or design and in a candidate driven environment where credibility is vital, he was aware that everything had to look perfect from the outset.

Building the Brand

Steve turned to Revolution Four for help. Branding started from the ground up, with the key task for day one being to come up with a name that summed up the purpose of the business – Lacuna Recruitment was born.

Revolution Four moved on to developing the brand, assisting in the following key areas:

  • Design and production of printed materials
  • Purchase (and hosting) of the web domain and setting up email accounts
  • Website build (including copywriting)
  • Setting up and population of social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn)
  • Social media management
  • Graphic design of all document templates and presentations

Revolution Four’s flexibility and agility have enabled Steve to react quickly to new opportunities and by consistently developing the brand across all media from day one has afforded his company the credibility normally associated with a much larger and more established organisation.
