Revolution Four have partnered with radio legends to launch a new radio station for the Wirral.
Radio Wirral has been set up to serve the residents of the Wirral & beyond, wanting to be involved in the culture and community whilst enjoying some good music. Nik and Justine have partnered their digital and marketing skills with radio gurus Ian Kenyon, Peter Silcock and Tom Hunter, alumni of Radio City, Piccadilly, Key 103 and the BBC.
This vibrant and diverse team combines a wealth of broadcasting experience, passion and know how together with branding, social media, digital marketing and tech skills to unleash a modern, dynamic radio station for the Wirral.
On 12th March, the station launched onto the DAB airwaves with a party in Marino Lounge, New Brighton, with DJs, presenters and directors welcoming guests from around the Wirral and beyond.
Digital strategist Justine said;
It’s been an amazing experience to become involved in a fresh rebrand. We’ve put a lot of thought and hard work into the look and feel of the station and this is only the start; we’ve got some interesting plans and ideas for the future.
Chairman Peter added;
We’re excited to be able to bring local radio to the people of the Wirral, a place I love and am proud to call my home.
