Since the UK went into lockdown, which seems a lifetime ago, as a matter of necessity to stop the spread of COVID-19 they have also impacted on communication between one another. All be it we are in isolation but for some this lack of communication, or no communication at all for those living alone, proves to be an extremely challenging time, mentally and physically.
These people rely on gestures of others conveying solidarity, such as the ever so popular sticking of rainbows to windows handmade by children within the house. The rainbow chosen quite simply, as a colourful picture to cheer up passers-by. The rainbows aim to make people smile while they’re walking by, and also offer a message of hope.
To show our support for our community and to help keep people smiling we have altered our logo to represent the rainbow.
So remember, smile, spread positivity. If you know anyone living alone… give them a call. Think about others through these difficult times.
If any businesses want their logos amended to represent the rainbow give us a message. We will be amending any local business logo to represent the rainbow free in support of our local community.
